Breast Cancer Learn & Support Group Saturdays, June 2 and July 7, 10 a.m.–12 noon Location:

Room – North, 1111 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006. This
monthly group is for those diagnosed with breast cancer to find support
and learn from one another. Sharing your experiences with others who
have had similar experiences can reduce stress and anxiety. Discuss
aspects of living with cancer, treatments, side effect management and
survivorship. Open to family and friends.
Colorectal Learn & Support Group Tuesdays, June 5 and July 3, 6–8 p.m. Location:

Cooking for Health Tuesdays, June 19 and July 17, 6–8 p.m. Location:

Room – North, 1111 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006. Chef Madelyn Pryor covers cancer-related nutrition topics. This cooking demonstration and tasting features a vegan menu. Healthy weight maintenance and meal planning included. RSVP.

Kris Cooper, PhD, Psychology Program Director at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center will discuss how to transition from being a patient to a survivor.
