exercise techniques, cardiovascular training and stability. A great
class for those not ready to start an exercise regimen by themselves.

during treatment and recovery. Join Margaret Tate, RD, MS, for a cooking
demonstration and learn more about the nutritional value of foods to
nourish a strong body through your cancer journey.

Research indicates music-evoked imagery sessions encourage an overall
better quality of life for those with cancer. Please join Dalena Watson,
LPC, MT-BC for an experiential program that capitalizes on the current
research utilizing expressive arts.
