Numerous support groups and ongoing programs that address what cancer patients need in order to move forward are available through the Wellness Community and St. Joseph's Hospital. The Wellness Community’s professionals help you through the cancer journey, respecting your feelings and needs during every phase.

Lung Cancer Networking Group

Saturdays, August 14 and September 11, 1–3 p.m.

Onsite at The Wellness Community, 360 East Palm Lane,Phoenix, with our Cancer Care Network Partner:
Comprehensive Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center

This monthly group is for individuals diagnosed with lung cancer to support and learn from one another, and to discuss aspects of living with lung cancer, treatment and recovery. Open to family and friends. (Onsite at TWC with our Cancer Support Network Partner: Comprehensive Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.)


Women’s Cancer Conference
Saturday, September 25, 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Location: Goldman Auditorium at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center

Women dealing with any stage of breast, ovarian, cervical, uterine cancer or endometrial cancer and caregivers/friends are welcome. Featured speakers are Dr. Bradley Monk, Dr. Ivor Benjamin, and Dr. Edward Donahue.
